Baggage

 Everyone has baggage.

Difficulties, wounds, insecurities, imperfections, doubts, ego...

In case you were wondering...

 Yep EVERYONE.

Sure you could stick to the small talks and pretend it's not there.

But sooner or later... Boom!

Yeah, it's there.

Feeling heavy, as if we're holding the whole world on our shoulders.

The big dilemma, we force ourselves to act as if nothing is going on;

As if we're okay, we're not;

As if everything is under control, it's not.

For one reason only... Judgment.

We never talk about such things out loud so no one would point fingers... Only 'cause some don't have the brain to understand that it's okay to fall apart.

No. Questions. Asked.

We all have "issues".

You could spend a lifetime with your fake attitude and bad habits to hide it. Cover it with smiles, laughs, jokes, non-sense talks, outings, booze, drugs, endless toxic relations... Let's waste some time, shall we?

All that, just to cover this baggage.

The thing is... it's still in there.

You carry it for years, all alone... and you're wondering why you feel so heavy?

Do it already!

Explode

Blow up all over the place

Let it all out, scream it, cry it... Whatever works for you.

Just set yourself free!

It's about time.

Never feel guilty or worried about how others might react sometimes you need to cross that limit and that's OKAY!

You're allowed to do it.

 Guilt-Free.

Apology Free.

On the other side of this mess stands shocked people... You don't have to be extra, just be present, no pointing fingers, no giving advice (unless asked to), no trying to be the "intellectual wise therapist" person who's here to lecture everyone

You just need to be, accept and understand.

One day, we will pass through this & no one has to be alone. Don't let the dark thoughts haunt you.

How?

Use the "Put Yourself in My Shoes" rule, and watch yourself asking for help or giving someone a chance to give you a hand.

...

"Let me help you with that."

...

And just like that, my baggage didn't seem quite so heavy anymore.

You see! Everyone's got some baggage, it's part of life, but like anything else, it's easier when someone gives you a hand with it.

Long story short, having baggage is normal,  feeling not okay is fine, shitting all over the place to get rid of the weight is okay!

No guilt, no apologies.

Be. Accept. Understand.

or else...

Kick those mother*uckers out.

Some people just like it the tough way.

wink wink

Peace out
